R E L A T O R I O

O Presente inquérito policial foi instaurado mediante portaria para apurar crime de uso de documento falso, pois consta nos autos que no dia 29 de abril de 2010, no período da manhã, Gilvan Soares Ramos foi abordado pelo policial militar Ulisses em uma inspeção de trânsito, na Av João Paulo II, Quarentenario, nesta urbe, momento este que o Gilvan apresentou uma Carteira de habilitação de categoria A/E. Mas na pesquisa no banco de dados da Prodesp a mesma Habilitação era cadastrada com categoria A, diante desta disparidade, o documento foi apreendido.

Auto de Apreensão da CNH (fls 05), O laudo do Instituto de Criminalistica 4582/10 afirma que o documento é falso (fls 7-9). Juntou-se aos autos o BOPM (fls 21-22). Pesquisa da Habilitação do homônimo do Gilvan (fls 29). Depoimento do Policial Pedro Luiz em que ele afirma que o Gilvan alegou que era analfabeto e que comprou a CNH, a pesquisa no sistema prodesp era de uma pessoa homônima ao Gilvan.(fls 38). Gilvan não foi localizado porque mudou-se para o nordeste para local incerto e não sabido (fls 33). Sendo indiciado indiretamente (46-49).

Assim sendo, encaminho os presentes autos à elevada apreciação de Vossa Excelência para as providências cabíveis.
