Looking at the records of the police inquiry 398/07 I noticed that there does not appear, no self assessment direct cable that the accused intended to steal. Considering the negligible size of the cable (approximately two meters), it became scrap, besides, beyond the timeline of five years, is made impossible to do the Self Assessment Direct, however, contained in the statements of witnesses that the cable would be evaluating between sixty to eighty real ..
