The police must hold in check all the data such as date of birth, affiliation, address. Only the name of a person does not serve to identify it.

The present police investigation was initiated by executive order to establish the crime of using false documents, as stated in the record that on April 29, 2010, in the morning, Gilvan Soares Ramos was approached by military police Ulysses in an inspection of transit John Paul II on Avenue, quarantine, this metropolis, that the moment this Gilvan had a driving license for category A / E. But in the research database Prodesp the same was registered with Qualification Class A before this disparity, the document was seized.
Writ of Seizure of CNH (05 pgs) The award of the Institute of Criminology 4582/10 states that the document is false (pgs 7-9). He joined the case BOPM (pgs 21-22). Research Enabling namesake Gilvan (29 pgs). Testimony of Police Pedro Luiz in which he states that the Gilvan claimed that he was illiterate and who bought the CNH, the search system PRODESP was the namesake of a person Gilvan. (38 pgs). Gilvan was not found because it moved northeast to unknown locations and unknown (33 pgs). Being indicted indirectly (46-49).
